MEMBERSHIP PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCED

We have been able to partner with Blake Hospital’s H2U program and use their facility for our classes and SIG’s. H2U, formally know as Senior Friends, is a program backed by Blake Hospital. H2U offers its members a meeting place for lots of social activities, and also offers many special features if you need to use Blake Hospital. One being they wave any Medicare Part A deductible for inpatient admissions. Check their web site for other benefits. H2U membership information.

The partnership will allow us to use the facilities at Bayshore Gardens Center at 6049 26th Street West for our classes and SIGs on Mondays and Fridays. In return for using their facilities they require that we all become members of H2U. The membership is $15.00 a year per person. If you are already a member of H2U your membership into our club will be $20.00 single or couple the next time that you renew. To take advantage of any of MPCUG’s classes or SIGs at this facility it is necessary to belong to both organizations.

If you are registering as a new member to MPCUG your $35.00 single or $50.00 couple fees will be divided and $20.00 will go to MPCUG the remaining will go to H2U to pay for a year’s membership to H2U. You will receive a welcome packet from H2U with a membership card. This card is required at all functions at their centers.

If you need more information about this partSeptember 5, 2008sign in desk at the general meeting or at a H2U center.

We are very excited about this partnership; we feel it will be a great benefit to members of both clubs. We hope you will check it out, and will enjoy your new H2U membership.
